In this video, Adrian from The Unboxed is unboxing and sound-testing the portable speaker.
You can see everything that you get in the box, how to connect it to your phone, and how good or bad it sounds.
JBL Flip 5
This portable speaker from JBL(see the lowest price) has inside-the-box manuals, a USB-C cable, and of course a Bluetooth speaker. When you first open the box, you can see a smaller box and a bigger foam box. I know, the JBL Flip 3 had a nicer box, but you’re going to throw the boxes anyway so maybe this box choice is better. In the smaller box, you’ll find a couple of manuals and the USB-C cable, and in the bigger foam box the speaker.
The JBL Flip 5 has a water resistance rating of IP67. That means you can submerge it in water up to one meter deep and for about 30 minutes. I think it could stay for longer but there’s no need to push it, just to be on the safe side. And anyway, it’s not like you’ll keep the speaker underwater for that long. This is more like a fail-safe so you can listen to music while it’s raining or be by the pool, or near water.
